Awful, they won’t stop harassing me for money when I haven’t even seen them for over 8 months. And when I did call back every time I would pay a balance and now I have a higher balance when I haven’t even seen them?? DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. They will scam you. Dr Bradley was amazing, but the others. Do not. They have a new receptionist almost every month.

Terrible. I've been a patient for at least 8 years and was originally dealing with Dr. Bist who i was happy with. Over the last year and a half or two this practice has fallen apart. Office staff are constantly turning over, don't listen to concerns, don't call back, and and are seemingly always flooded with phone calls. Practitioners don't listen, don't follow through, and have incomplete notes regarding sessions. This last appointment will be my last. I was scheduled at 10am. I didn't receive a call so I called them at 10:10am and was told I'm in the que and will be called shortly. No call. Called back at 11:10am and was told the practioner moved on to another client. They had no explanation and didn't want to discuss it. Staff offered to put me with a different practioner at 2:15pm. I agreed. No call. Called the office over 10 times starting at 2:40pm and only got voice-mail. I left 2 messages. No call back. Waited till 11am the next day and called again. The staff seemed irritated with ME. They scheduled me again for 1:45pm and this time I actually got a call. The practioner asked if I got her email link. I hadn't checked my email, why would I? Nobody told me anything about an email. She asked me do you want to go click the link or continue talking. Really? We're on the phone, let's do this! She then made casual mention of the prior staff attempting to contact me three times. I hadn't brought up lack of contact because what was the point. I ignored the statement as I had not received any calls, texts, or emails. Not that I was watching for an email, but I checked after the call. Anyway, that's it for me. No more dealing with nonsense from Mind Brain Institute.
