We didn't camp , but we did canoe and it was very fun , the river was very clean and we were able to see alot of fish and animals .

On Maumee river, floods most springs. Has electric and water. Good for river access.

Depends on the lot you get. Water access is $1100 a season, No water access is $1000 for the season. Each lot has to pay for their own electric bill. Toledo Edison. Water is included in lot rent.
