Beautifully restored and elegant historic theater, hosting a wide variety of entertainment and cultural events. Most recently I saw an excellent live production of The Sound of Music, and the Ellen Theater stage was a perfect venue.

Performed here many times. Nice layout. Stage is a little small but accommodating. Good variety of things come through here.

The Ellen is a beautiful venue in Bozeman. Sitting in the theater takes you back to the 1920s. The seats are comfortable, lighting good and acoustics are fantastic! We attended an excellent performance by J2B2 (a bluegrass band) and can't wait to attend performances in the future.
