During this time of year it is unlikely that you will encounter any bears as they should all be hibernating still. Although it is always a good thing to be thinking about. It wouldn't hurt to still bring bear spray just in case.
Hello Chad! The current plan is for the antelope drawing to occur the week of August 6th. If there are any surplus licences after the drawing, the date they will go on sale will be posted shortly after.
