Had a Jeep Cherokee rented for 9/26-10/15. When I showed up they did not have one although they did have one available in there parking space. They Tried to put me in a Rav4, then a Ford Escape. The Ford Excape had a loud noise when backing up. All not compatible with a Jeep Cherokee. Then they bring around another Rav 4 and the front tires were below the wear tread safety standard. This car was not safe to drive and have pictures to show. Not good for snow or ice conditions. I took the keys back and told the clerk that it was all unacceptable. The clerk she was very rude and did not care about helping a senior citizen. I decided to rent from Dollar rent a car and they gave me a Ford Edge (same size as a Jeep Cherokee). The car was in great shape.

Very busy and not too friendly at first, waited in a long line because I used Expedia even as a Hertz gold member, but finally got our vehicle and it was very clean and no smell whatsoever.

I was there an hour early to pick up my car, however it took almost 2 hours. I was going to miss my meeting so I tried to modify the reservation, however I could not because it was past my pick up time (even though I did not even have my car yet). I had to move the meeting, so I asked if I could change my drop off from 3pm to 5pm, they said yes for a charge of $160.00. Rent any where else but here.
