Can't rate a zero or I would, twice now I've come here for an oil change and rotation. Both times I've shown up 10-15 min before my appointment, both times it has taken over an hour and a half. Today, an hour and 15 min after my scheduled service I came out to check and they hadn't even started the rotation, told them to drop it and I would take it elsewhere for the rotation. Service manager got defensive last time I voiced my frustration, maybe time to replace a few employees

We had our Ram 1500 echo diesel there for 14 days for an alternator that was diagnosed as the problem. We were called & told it was fixed all codes were clear & we could come pick it up…well we did just that got in it started it up & both the engine light & throttle light was still on as well as the amps were the same. Needless to say we couldn’t drive it home. So it still sits with no answers. What a waste of 2 weeks. Not happy, very frustrated & disappointed.

Sir: I have gone to Don Vance Chrysler sine they opened in Marshfield. I have never had any issues with them. Service has always been exceptional any time I have had my car worked on. Sorry you are having issues with them and hope you are able to get your problem resolved. Again I never had any problem at Don Vance Chrysler.
