I ordered 2 marble countertops from Lowes after several delays, They were installed. The measurements were wrong, and the install was sloppy, off center, unfinished edges, splashes didn't match cut my trim. Managers made no effort to resolve the problem. Wouldn't answer my calls or return calls. By-tor the company Lowes uses for installs, just sends you a text with an appointment 4 weeks out. These people are supposed to be licensed and the owner has not renewed his license in City of Toledo, Lucas County or Temperance Michigan. Be sure and read the reviews before considering using Lowes for installations. It was a horrible experience, and I wasn't given any resolution until I told them that I was going to go to small claims court.

If I could have put no stars at all I would! I’m not a complainer but people need to know how bad this store is! Their person came out to measure once that came back I ordered 19 doors. Finally in June I had an installation date. Two of the doors were the wrong size and swing I also had two extra doors I was charged for that we didn’t need. So called the store Wayne who is in charge of doors tells me ok I’ll call the contractor and we will work it out. So a month goes by I call and Wayne says I wasn’t aware there was a problem! Really? So he says I’ll get it fixed so another month goes by and nothing. So we go to the store again for the tenth time and told same thing well it’s October and I have extra doors I’m paying for on my lowes card and two that are still not installed. Please save yourself the headache and don’t have any projects done through this place!
