I generally have a good experience here and the staff they have now are much better than from years past (especially the alternative girl with dark hair, she is usually the one there when I go and she is super great and has gone the extra mile for me before when I have had an issue with a package). However I want to warn people that recently I dropped off pre-labeled packages that were stolen out of the drop box outside somehow. Four packages went missing last month, and it’s happened before at this location too. The tracking never gets scanned and they disappear. Always put pre-stamped packages on the desk inside. Not sure what they can even do about this but just be aware.

I’ve been coming to this post office for two years and each time the employees have been helpful and as quick as possible. They even go out of their way to save you money if you’ve picked up the more expensive and unnecessary packaging materials

I was in this location on 08/22/2022 around 12:30 p.m. The employee who helped me was very rude and condescending. I don't like to consider that he behaved this way because he was faced with a Hispanic customer and his prejudices emerged, but it's hard not to apply occam's razor in this situation. He seemed bewildered that I, a customer, had the audacity not to know exactly how to navigate his post office, and would frequently turn to his sole co-worker to snicker and whisper when I had a question or wasn't sure how things are done (speaking as someone who doesn't send mail directly at USPS facilities very often and was just looking for some simple guidance). The employee did the bare minimum of his job well enough, but it would behoove him to remember that he is there to help customers, despite any prejudices he may have towards certain customers -- his job description does not include profiling individuals and changing his behavior according to his own bigotry. He should leave his feelings at the door, because behaving like a snickering child in front of a customer couldn't possibly reflect well on USPS. It's not 1950 anymore -- treat people with respect or find employment where the opposite is celebrated, because plenty of those places still exist. I will be warning anyone who asks about my experience at this location.

The best time to go is early morning or afternoon. If you towards closing 4pm to 5 pm it's usually a line and crowded. If you have prepaid labeled packages you can leave them at the front desk. Outgoing already stamped mail can go in the door slot. It's not bad, just go at a good time.

The post office doesn't hold any mail unless you have put a hold on your address for up to 30 days.
That's a really good question.
Monday thru Friday 8:30a to 4:30p and Saturday 9a to 1p
If you live in a rural area it isn't mandated that they stop, but they usually do if you have your flag up. City delivery is required to stop.

Sometimes, your mail carrier will have an answer for you. If not, call the local post office for your area.
