The units are what you should expect for a low cost rent but poorly maintained. The younger Mantainance guy (property managers boyfriend) is helpful and respectful. However the older Mantainance gentleman is rude and confrontational, he will sit in a golf cart in front of your house and stare at you to see what you’re doing. The biggest issue here is the property manager, she poses as a calm and respectful person at first but in reality she’s very nasty, rude and disrespectful with tenants and guests, she doesn’t allow kids to play outside, tenants to stand outside of their own units and at this very moment she has tried to evict me unlawfully twice be cause I confronted the older Mantainance guy about his attitude. Watch out for Melissa!

Stay far away from this place. Landlord is THE biggest B you'll ever meet. She REFUSES to maintain the community and homes. Potholes will either damage your car OR cause a wreck with another car trying to avoid other potholes. Kids are to be kept inside 24/7, not even allowed in the playground (which is a rusty safety hazard anyway) Verbally abusive and stalking, does nosey walks around to find things to yell at residents about. Seen her looking in windows to see how clean your home is. She expects homes to be SPOTLESS 24/7 which is impossible with kids. Stay far away from this hateful landlord from hell and her overpriced cheaply built shacks.

I recommend not living here but that my personal opinion. You need the application fee your last two pay stubs Id and yes they do take section 8.
And on top of that there's fights and drama between neighbors, lack of overall parking spaces and the manager is quick to talk down to you like you're just not on the same level as her. The maintenance guys are awesome though and will always try to help even though they are always busy.
