absolute worst towing company in Cincinnati. are not understanding and will not help you in any way when it comes to emergencies. sister was in a terrible accident, in hospital undergoing surgery, belongings including her id were still in car and would not let us access it even with law enforcement help. absolute joke of a company and owner
