Jill at the Public Storage at 2840 S. Westmoreland Rd. in Dallas has been a great help to myself and my husband. She helped us with our initial paper work when we moved our items in and has always been friendly when we go to get things out of our unit. Recently we had a question about our bill. Jill took care of the issue while I was on the phone with her. It was very helpful to have it done right then and not have to wait for a call back.
