Everytime I come to this location the orange dollies are not available because they are locked in the office. My storage is on the 4th floor, I have waited for a long time for someone to come & open the office. I'm told the homeless steal the dollies and I understand that however us as customers should not have to suffer and constantly wait for someone to come and open the office. It appears that the person that works there really don't care about what we are going through. This happens all the time, I have heavy stuff to go in my storage. Once I get off the elevator I have a long stretch of walking before I can get to my unit. There has to be a better way to help paying customers that pay month after month.

I have had this storage for about one year and Joshua the front desk has helped me out so much on answering all my questions and helping me make my payments inside!! Places need more employees like him! Awesome service

Josh over at this location made the process of moving very pleasant for us. He showed us the unit before we signed the leasing agreement to ensure we'd be able to fit all of our belongings. I'd call him a forward thinker and we definitely appreciated his time and personality.
