I understand I bought a 2013 focus from this lot. I used to be a mechanic for ford so I know what’s wrong with my car. I took it to their shop and all 3 mechanics said it wasn’t transmission is was probably spark plugs. Mind you it has no 3rd gear. So I go to pick it up from the shop because I’m tired of getting the run around. The “mechanic” left their spare key in may car. I drove off. Now they are threatening me with repossession if I do not return the key. Not my fault they key was left by YOUR MECHANIC. This place is a joke. Never again will I go here. I know a lot of people and a lot of mechanics. This place is a joke. Now the spare key has become my problem. That’s what they think. I’ll get my lawyer involved. Try me. Highly suggest go somewhere else. They will screw you over hard.

DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT SHOP HERE I TRADED MY CAR IN and put down money for my AND IN 10 days the CAR KEPT CUTTING OFF I TOOK IT to there mechanic 3 TIMES 3 TIMES THEY CONTINUED TO SAY THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT AND I TRIED TO ASK IF I COULD EITHER A GET MY OLD CAR BACK OR B GET MY MONEY FOR THE CAR BACK THEY TOLD ME NO THEN the lady was really rude to me saying “She had given me to much time” and we were ONLY ON THE PHONE FOR 4 minutes DO NOT SHOP HERE GARY IS RUDE STELLA IS RUDE THEYRE ALL RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND WRONG SELLING BAD CARS TAKING MY MONEY AND MY OLD CAR this place SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

I purchased a car and the transmission totally went out I talked to the salesman that works with me and put me in a better running car they were very understanding very kind and polite I am very happy with a new car I’m in now it is a Ford focus and it runs like a champ So far I would highly recommend buying a car from them thank you a lot for making sure that I have a reliable car to make sure my children go to school every day
