I have been a resident here for going on 2 years. I’ve enjoyed it, never had any issues. The staff is amazing, always helpful. Quiet community. Maintenance stays on top of things. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Wouldn’t waste your money. The fact that we moved from a one bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom house and are saving $500 a month is ridiculous. There is never anywhere to park if you come home after 4pm. Our neighbors were always loud and nothing was done about it. I can’t tell you how many times I was ignored when reaching out to the office. Maintenance would just let themselves in to our apartment and then later we would be notified. They use the cheapest of cheap materials on everything. The faucets leak, our carpet was coming up in high traffic areas because it wasn’t long enough to stay under the tack strip, when they painted our doors, they shut them so paint peeled off. There’s so much wrong here. For being as expensive as it is, they can do much better. We couldn’t wait to move out.
