I lived the Amelia location for a year. The manager and her assistant was wonderful and respectful. They took care of any concerns or problems I had with my apartment. My apartment was so nice that my aunt decided to apply there. Loved living there but bought a place out of town. I would go back in a minute and refer friends.

We use a third party system to evaluate all of our applicants. The third party system has predetermined criteria, which looks at an applicants credit and criminal history and is evaluated. The third party system then makes a recommendation based on Income, Credit History, Employment History, Residence History and Criminal Background and a few other things that our rental policy dictates. We can’t definitively say if you will be denied or approved without running your applications through the resident screening process.
