DON'T DO IT! RISK! I had an appt on Friday, June 24th, to view an apt, which has been listed on many of the rental websites for some time, and still is. James, who showed me the apt and building, had forgotten about my viewing and was late, but it was fine. The building is newer but i spotted water damage and leaks on two different floors. Still, I was interested after the tour and told James I could pay the full year lease up front. James told me I had first pick out of two units. I went down the street to the office for the app, but was met by a woman trying to shoo me away, until I told her why i was there. Her voice raised an octave and she was calling me Mr. First Name etc. She was rude. I completed the very simple app (i would not be seeking income assistance), and drove to udf for the money order app fee of $15. James said he would call the following Tuesday. It is now July 7th. I haven't heard from or spoken w anyone from the office, though i have called several times and left vms. I have called Community Builders, and their parent company, at their regional offices. All of theses calls and vms have been unanswered. I'm out $15. I feel scammed, perhaps even discriminated against. If anyone at the Pointes or any umbrella company (disguising itself as community forward) wants to comment on this google review, don't ask for my number, I've left it for you all over the place.

I’ve been reaching out since January and leaving voicemails regarding a vacant unit, and NO ONE has ever reached back out…EVER!

Don’t ever answer the phone and when you go up there to speak to someone. They get rude and nasty. Wouldn’t recommend. 👎

We live at the 3639 Reading Rd. location. This is an income-based complex that makes you go through a whole bunch of paperwork to even live here. We were told we were going to get one apartment, were shown a COMPLETELY different layout and were told we were going to get that one, and then as we were leaving they switched up our apartment AGAIN. We have put in requests for many things to get fixed and most of them haven't even been resolved (we haven't even gotten a call back about one), and we moved in 2 months ago. Kids scream, run, and play in the halls all the time - even up to 10 pm. There are roaches (one of the problems we are trying to get fixed) and there is not one restaurant that will deliver to this address. There are gaps in between the floor and the walls in parts of our apartment, and some of our windows don't even have screens. But other than that, the appliances are nice and new, the windows are very large and the ceilings are relatively high. The walls are a nice cream color and everything is freshly painted, but we feel like for what we pay for, we will not be looking to stay in this apartment complex once our lease is up. 👎🏼
