Horrible experience. Was just trying to fix a simple flat tire. Got quoted for the job. Brought my mower up to the shop like requested 30 minutes across town. Only to be told that I wasn’t supposed to bring the entire mower and doing so would cost the job more money then quoted . I was told the job would be finished in the morning. Called in the afternoon the next day and they still didn’t even start on the job and acted like they knew nothing about it. Very incompetent working staff from the front to the back . Stay away go to red mile shop

Stood in the store in front of a employee for at least 7 or 8 minutes never was even acknowledged. Was looking to purchase a husqvarna blower. Made the purchase elsewhere

The person answering phone is condescending and they have had a sign saying "hiring all positions" but told the 3 people I referred there (due to seeing sign) they didnt have any open positions besides sales.
