This is my second stay at this hotel and where I will stay every time I'm in Benton. Quiet, clean, NO bed bugs or roaches, easy access to hwy, and safe. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruits, waffles, cereals, breads, and variety of hot/cold beverages. Good breakfast so I didn't have to stop and spend time and money at a restaurant. I feel this is a good value, and highly recommend it.

Great! Clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. Coffee was not watered down. Only rate a 4star for the shower water pressure, I would like it a little stronger. Other wise, well be back.

It is in the Category of 2 star, dated and aged. Breakfast was Satisfactory. There was scrambled eggs (no cheese), I think steamed sausage (missing a little flavor), white gravy (no sausage), biscuits, fresh made Belgian waffles, artificial butter, sugar free and real sugar maple syrup, milk and pre-bagged cereal, Oatmeal, miscellaneous pastries fresh fruit, NO BACON. BED was comfortable, and TV was fine. Staff was friendly. Jan was accommodating to our needs. Big question: Would I stay here again ... Yes, if trying to save money.

Place is dated, rooms desperate for remodeling, but MAN, THE STAFF!!! Every interaction with ANY of the staff was A+. Cleaning staff to front desk everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful asking if there was anything they could do, if we needed anything, volunteering helpful advice about the area. Great job!
