they are as useless as can be. You call about your bill and all they tell you is their system only takes checking accounts not credit or debit cards. They have a third party to that and so I asked her well how did they get my card number to debit my account and she said I don't know

They only care about putting in new services. If you have a leak on existing service they will hack job repair it. Then trash your yard and not come back to fix it for months. Always an excuse and the employees will lie straight to your face. They have repaired the same water line in front of my house 4 times in the last 20 years and instead of making a permanent correct repair they hack it out and splice a new piece in. They have dig up and trashed everybody on my streets yard. It’s pretty sad that a public utility company is tan like this.

Dunno why they get bad reviews for communication. I just called to ask about new service and the lady that answered was great. Quickly gave me the information I needed and was extremely polite.
