I personally had a good experience with this office. The people I dealt with on MY case were extremely knowledgeable. As with any agency local State or Federal they have certain protocols and procedures. Although at times frustrating I recognized the importance of these procedures such as filling out paperwork necessary to reach the end result which was having my child/child’s needs be taken care of. I understand as a NCP one may not see the agency as a good thing. In the end they are here to serve our children-keep that foremost in your thoughts 👍

The staff member with I had a conversation was extremely rude and hung up on me
