Pretty much always a bad experience. Service is so slow. Rarely is your online order ready on time. I’ve been in the C-Lane for 30 minutes and you’re stuck between cars and can’t move. It’s a really bad situation - they need better onsite management, not just kids, and better service for drive-thru. Have people pull forward if their order isn’t ready. Food is good, but service is so bad I can’t do it anymore.

I often times come to this Chipotle hoping my experience will be better than the last, unfortunately it only gets worse. Chips have always stale, my orders always have one item that is made incorrectly, and most recently I waited 25 minutes in the “Chipotlane” before I got to the window and my food was still not ready. I won’t be stopping by this location anymore

I keep going back hoping it will be better. There's things that shouldn't happen. Just careless mistakes. This almost half an onion was in my guac this time. Last time it was a bread tie in my rice. 🥴

I don’t why I keep going back to this place in hopes that the quality will be better but this time I had to say something. Whole reason I order tacos from chipotle is to avoid the messiness of the burritos and they’re easier to eat, this is is the only location that consistently struggles to give me a quality meal, customer service was great, but clearly need to be retrained on how to put tacos together, other locations wrap them in foil, idk why they put in bowl here.
