First off, if I could I'd try to get my money back. Wasn't worth the $60 price tag. Bought a $45 Groupon but they wouldn't let us redeem it on Saturday so we paid $60 for one hour. The young goofy guy working there wasn't very knowledgeable of the games. You could barely hear him when he talked. The games were freezing up on us which took away from our time. Also, the waiver signing process took away time as well. When the games would freeze, the guy working there would just stand there and watch you struggle until you actually tell him to help. Half the games didn't work but will let you waste time trying to start the games. You pay for one hour but you actually barely get 40 minutes of game time. The headset was sweaty and stinky. We had to ask for napkins to wipe off the headset. Then the guy had the nerve to rush us out knowing damn well we was cheated out of time. Pay this place AT YOUR OWN RISK. Just know you've been warned. They cheat you out of game/VR time. You will get 20 minutes of your purchased time wasted.

This place was absolutely awful! I came with a group of 12 for my son’s birthday. We reserved two private rooms, only one vr machine was functional in the entire unit. They have 3 private rooms and two open suites but only one machine worked. It took at least 30 minutes to get the working one up. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

Website says open but place is closed. Also phone number appears to be disconnected.

We ordered a private room 4 people we thought we all could play together but it’s only one headset per room doesn’t say that on the site And then the game kept messing up so we didn’t really get our full hour what is very unsatisfied I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one and the owner wouldn’t even work with us and give us our money back even though it doesn’t say on the site one headset per room

Questions & Answers

Is it worth it? And can everyone in the group do it or just one at a time?? And what's the best parking area? Street? Or lot? Cheap paring??

Parking on both locations are street parking. Depending on the time you can get a good spot, but you still have to pay the parking meter for both. Its definitely worth it, super fun but everyone has to take turns. It's up to you to decide for how long each person plays. You pay for the hour

Can 14 year olds come for birthday parties

Age wise it's fine and they do allow groups. Only one person can play at a time in a room. Still fun too watch on the monitor, but after obo 4-5 per room play time would be pretty short. Probably not great for larger parties as it'd get pretty expensive to have multiple rooms (think they have 3-4)
