We stayed in this apartment complex for 2 years and the service was top notch. The neighborhood is very peaceful with a lot of parks and best part is the convenience of going to Kroger which is couple of blocks away from this apartment complex. We really liked the service from the management and we did not hear any crime during our two years stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Haven't moved in officially yet, but the process has been very smooth. The office staff are very warm, kind and inviting. I was super impressed with the clean beautiful grounds. The apartment we ended up taking is gorgeous. We did a drive by late at night to make sure this would be the place for our son. It's quiet and very well maintained. After viewing other apartment complexes nothing can compare to Grand Estates. Location is great since it's close to our favorite grocery store and restaurants. So glad we decided on this place. Update..11/21/19..we officially finished our 1st years lease and just renewed for a second year. The apartment staff have been great. Extremely helpful and get request done in a timely manner. To those who have complained that the assistant manager is rude are way off. Jonathan has been extremely helpful and courteous to both me and my son at all times. We have never had an issue with staff being rude. Love leasing here and hope to stay for more years to come!

We lived there from July 2008 to May 2010 with NO complaints! Wonderful office staff, roadways were always clear and trash area was kept tidy. Very prompt maintenance. Appearance of the place was great and we NEVER heard a neighbor even though we saw them frequently. Never any issues with our vehicles, and once when my work ID was lost in a freak snowstorm it was returned to the front office and they called me about it. (AWESOME!) We ONLY moved because we were leaving the country. I still miss living there and they had very reasonable rates.
