Tried to call four times on Thanksgiving for emergency supplies when everyone else was closed. They picked up on me with chatter in the background and hung up three times before answering. The fourth person said they'd go looking and disappeared for some reason before a fifth came on and handled it for me. I'm really grateful they handled it in the end, but the process of getting there was really unprofessional.

I always love this store since it opened in Keller. They've had some great managers. Linda the cashier is awesome. Rick is or was an excellent manager. Good prices on organic, in date, flours and cereals at a discount.

Place was so clean. Will go here for all my needs before I go to Walmart or anywhere else really. Customer service top notch. Called ahead to see if they had what I wanted and they did and they set it aside for me so Noone else could take it. Sore is actually quite huge and prices. Oh my gosh. Amazing!!!

Called the Corp office, because I was not ever getting my reward's. I spend alot of $$$ there. One of your employees helped me and I received a coupon. Thank you. Also store employees, especially John the store manager, was awesome. I've shopped at that store for 15 years, but today was exceptional. ❤️
