Positive: That it is pet friendly Negative: I had to pay 13$ extra per night to have my dog. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of my feet were black after walking on them. Then, after we left, they accused us of smoking in the room, which we did not, and charged my card an extra 75$.

Very impressed with this location! I’ve seen some shady Econo Lodge so I was nervous to book this one but it was the only option since there was a Garth Brooks concert in Fayetteville. This place far exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Pool area was nice, but a lot of chlorine smell since it’s inside. Rooms were great; very clean and soft bed. I would definitely stay here again.

When we first arrived the front desk clerk (Ty) was very friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel has some smoking rooms so the halls smelled like smoke but the room we stayed in was clean and smelled good. The bed was old and stiff but I have slept on worse. The pillows were decent though. The room had no coffee pot but there was coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was very bare minimum which was not an issue for us but might be to some people. If you needed any amenities they cost a dollar each which is unusual but understandable. All of the staff was very friendly and did a great job but my biggest complaint was that the site advertises a pool but it was closed almost the entire time and after talking to locals and other guests I understand that is normal which is a bummer because we drove the extra 20 minutes to stay here because of the pool and they charge $5 dollars a person to swim if your not registered there so you have to pay a lot if you want your family to come swim with you if it was ever open. Overall the stay wasn’t to bad but definitely no frills about it. Room for improvement for sure but the friendly staff and clean room was the best part.

I was thinking it was about $89 a night

Would not recommend this place, rooms are hot and Hotel stinks like mold and smoke. Has a cart for hauling bags to the stairs, yes no elevator. Economy Lodge, yes if you're drunk and tired of driving. Chairs are stained. Not worth the money.
