I have always printed at this Staples, and had no issues until the last two times I went in. I put the order in overnight, I got an email saying it would be ready at 8am. I didn’t go in until 2:30pm the next day and my items were not printed. I had to wait for them to print them, and then I had ordered them with lamination and they didn’t laminate it. I then had to wait for them to fire up the laminator and finish the job. Took a total of 30 minutes of me standing and waiting. This has happened to me the past two times I went in. I specifically order it online for it to be completed when I get there to pick it up. I would understand if they were busy when I came in, but the print section workers were standing around chatting. I will not be ordering print at this location again and I suggest you do not either unless you like standing around and waiting for a job that should have been/could have been completed before you arrived.
