Just picked up a pizza from this location and it was burned with no sauce and all ingredients were centered on this odd shaped piece of dried bread that did not even resemble a pizza. I work hard for my money and Pizza hut will NEVER get to take it from me again. My cat could have prepared a better pizza.

It was way too saucy for my taste. My bad I should have request lite sauce The wait was long but I order in the store because I couldnt get through on their phone line. Lancaster location...

Pizza Hut in Lancaster, Texas is AMAZING. I ordered a Medium Supreme pizza thin crust. It was Cook to perfection. The young lady at the counter provided Professional and friendly Customer Service. Yes......I be ordering with you all again. Hats Off to the Management Team.

I placed my Order over the phone.2 medium stuff crust pizzas. Pizzas were not cut right and the pizza was so flat. Tasted under cooked. I never had pizza hut this way before. So disappointed with my order I tried calling to talk to a manager was placed on hold and then they hanged up on me twice. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Waste of money. Next time I will not order for this establishment. Just so disappointed I couldnt speak to anyone who could correct my order. Do not order from this place unless you want to waste money and eat undercooked pizza .Very disappointed with my order. Bummer
