My mother has been constantly in and out of the hospital since 2015 and the Management and leasing staff have been more than patient and understanding of our situation concerning my mother's health and home. Communication is key. Talk to the people that can help you. Stop waiting on eviction notices. Ijs y'all 😂

This apartment building has done it once again discriminating against the same kid that the school district has screwed over by letting him get hurt and making false allegations towards the the uncle and the city's condoning what the district did to this kid and now where he lives the owner is discriminating against him because and now where he lives the owner is discriminating against him because they know he's disabled and will not let the mother put him or sign his name on the lease knowing that money is coming in his name and that everything that has connect the money connecting to the they know he's disabled disabled and getting a check when is coming in his name and he's paying half the rent and they won't allow him to have sons on the door knowing that when someone or their employees bang on the door it causes his seizures, aftermath of what happened with the school district and I know that the uncle has to go to court can the agent of the apartment stated she did not have to pay in everybody's Lisa's about the about the notes on the door hurry she singling out this one kid because he's disabled. And the sad part is that these are two grown women picking on one disabled child

We lived here for 3 years. Never had a problem with the office, maintenance, neighbors, bugs, or anything! It was unfortunate that we had to move but the office staff was great throughout the whole process! If it were possible to move back.... We would do it in a heart beat! The owner, the office staff, and the entire maintenance crew really looked out for me and my family the entire 3 years we lived here. If I had any complaint, out would be that the city of Lancaster doesn't have a bus line anywhere close to these apartments. Thank you for our time spent in pleasant run apartments!

Why is it that apartments are always hiring the rudest staff? Is that just the trend now??? I called these apartments just to get some general information about their 1 bedroom apartments and the lady that answered the phone cut me off and said they're at full capacity. There was an awkward silence before she finally continued to still let me know the prices that they're renting the 1 bedroom for. Pleasant Run really needs to do better about who they hire to represent them... if you can't even offer the most basic thing such as customer service, how do you expect for people to want to rent from you/build a relationship with their apartments. I feel sorry for those that live here unless they literally just don't care.
