Automated phone service repeats the same message every 10 seconds and continues without stop even after this office is closed. I have been trying for months to track down a lost package. The USPS is where all of humanity's ambition and ingenuity goes to die. Post Master General Louis DeJoy is the antithesis of Elon Musk.

I sent a package by priority mail about a month ago. The package never arrived to its destination. They opened an investigation with no response so far. No costumer service available. This is so frustrating!!!

Call the main post office and file a complaint.

I live in a RV park and the new manager has been keeping some of our mail now because there is a PO box she told all the tenants there will be no more mail boxes and everybody has to get a mailbox at the post office can she do this by law?

If your Rv don't have a personal mailbox then yes, you guys share one address.. I would get a p.o box..
