We have used Horn’s Custom Butcher Shop for the past three years to butcher our steer. We love the quality of the cuts of meat and the friendly service that we always get. Our kids love going to their farm as well to look at all the animals! It’s always a wonderful experience and we can’t wait until the next trip!

Had these nice folks process a deer for me. They took the time to sit down and go through what I wanted. The deer you bring in is the meat you receive. I tried their deer sticks and summer sausage. A number of different seasoning and spice level options. I went mild and traditional and are both delicious. Happy with the results of the labor I put in to harvest the deer being respected in effort and care in the final product I am feeding to my family.

Great place to get a deer processed. I really like the summer sausage. I had my deer back in 10 days! They do not mix deer so you get back what you drop off!
