Friendly volunteers, ample drink, food and soda, but HOT currently because the A/C is being switched out. Also they don't take prior service veterans unless 20 year retired (based on their sponsorship, not their fault). Portable ac units are managing poorly. I got a snack and left. Could be larger for this huge airport, and better support from ORD to give then more space and cooling.

They have really nice staffing. Clean place and it's a great place to rest.

Very welcoming staff. The kiosk was cumbersome. A great place to relax and snack

Wh are three beds if hey are only open 9am to 5 pm? USO used to be a lifesaver for awkward layovers but now it's usually closed when there are no alternatives in the terminal.

No beds. Just chairs and recliners. There is an area marked off for family with kids that has a couch and a love seat.

Does this USO have showers?

Previous?... not sure if you mean stationed somewhere else and now you want to come back or if you mean discharged from the service. If you are a retiree you can use the USO. Every person that enters has to show a military ID.

You should only need the dependant id and I recommend using the app to check in, much smoother
