It is what it is. Show up no sooner than 15 minutes before your appointment time or you'll be turned away. It's been awhile, but I don't remember anyone being mean. They just don't have the space to accommodate a bunch of trucks waiting on their lot. Welcome to Chicago area. I'll redo this, as I'm taking a load there today 9/9/22. Very bad work. Such companies should be closed, they are incomplete to exist. These people are lazy and not for work. It is better not to work with them.

Got here at 0645 for a 0700 delivery appt, took me in, and gave me a door. All depends how busy they are, but I can tell you the mean lady has been fired!!! In and out under an hour, but still running strict appointment times. No overnight parking. Parking is limited, that's the reason for tight appointments!
