Worst office ever. No help whatsoever, I have been trying to get ahold of a human for 8 months since our baby wqs born. No answere ever. I call at 8am every day mon through Friday.... never ever have I received any feed back. It's like they don't want to help any one they won't answer the calls. I will gladly change my review if some one will contact me. Until that this is just another useless office 🏬.

I have been calling for over 3 weeks and can't get thru. I haven't had any payments since Feb 15, 2022 When I got thru the app it's asking for a form I already filled out and it was submitted and received February 2, 2022 I live over 30 miles away just had a Revision of a Total Left Hip Replacement can't walk or sir in car but I'm gonna have to have my daughter take me down there because they can't seem to do there job.

Worst experience ever never answer the phone what’s the point of having a number so frustrated I haven’t received my benefits n I did everything they ask for. I’m tired of not being able to fix anything by phone they really want you to come in to the office if you really need your benefits. They don’t understand that bills don’t wait and this is how we feed our family especially in this hard time. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

They helped solve my issue quickly and was able to get my retroactive payments the next day. The ladies there were so helpful and so was security. This is a disability office only, not for unemployment. I hadn’t received my payments for about a month due to my claim being flagged as potentially fraudulent as many other people there so had to go in to prove my identity with ID and utility bills. I suggest you come here instead of calling SDI. You’ll get your disability claim issues resolved here. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts is because I got a ticket for parking too close to the fire hydrant outside the building, which I didn’t even see. Also, the wait time during the week is around 2 hours so make sure you park across the street outside the bank.
