Rented skis for my son for the season and they charged my credit card $50 if I don't pick up the skis between October 4th-12th. Showed up on October 5th and there is a paper sign on the door stating the store is closed until the 10th. Here it is the 11th and internet says they are temporarily closed. No one is answering their phone at any location and cannot leave message. Made a second trip out to the store found they were open waited 45 minutes in line to pick up the skis then another half an hour to get my deposit fee back. Get your act together and act like a business that cares about their customers.

Closing time is obviously a lie. I was there T 445 and I called ahead to check and closing time is 500. I wish there was more competition in Rochester to help keep these people more worried about customer service... Garbage... Edit!!! Oh snap! I always forget about REI! DEFINITELY going there from now on!

Holy Cow!!!! Erin was AMAZING today. So SO knowledgeable about snowboarding, boots and boards. Great, FANTASTIC, customer service. Terrific personality. The Rochester store needs to steal her from Syracuse! Chris cashed us out. We are so lucky he is based here . Great job.
