The state needs to visit and teach these employees better customer service skills . The people working at these facilities are lazy and don't care if they act rude . These facilities are being managed with tax payers money and still can't provide efficient service for what there being payed to do a

Date & Time of appointment 01-03-2021 @ 9am I had to visit this facility because since IDS changed their online system I had trouble registering. When I got to the facility I was greeted by a male security, very nice person, I can’t say the same about the hispanic male that checked my name off a list that he had. This guy was really rude. After that my matter was taken care by a gentleman and a young lady. The gentleman was training this young lady. If I recall correctly her name is Angelica (sorry if I got your name wrong). Overall experience was good minus that rude hispanic guy at the front door check in. I was in and out and my matter was taken care of. One more thing that I notice was this hispanic lady that was using a computer. What I was able to understand she was looking for work. Problem was that she couldn’t communicate in English and her computer skills were not too good. Even though there was several Spanish speaking employees in the building not 1 of them helped her out. SMH. Other than that….In my opinion I think this appointment process is better than the system that they had before. 5 STARS 🌟 to the male security guard at the front door and the 2 people that helped me with my problem. THANK YOU!

11:30 am Mexican/Guatemalan male at counter was rude cursed me in Spanish-- Mrs. Warren called me at 3:30, very rude and unprofessional speaking threats about my claim; told me I threw my ID at said Mexican male at desk. If that is true why wasn't a manager called at such time? Mismanaged organization. Why are State of Illinois works so angry and mean to the General Public?

Yes but it was close to a 2hr wait last Friday around this time. Go on a Wednesday or Thursday
No none of the offices are open I drove to 3 you can only request a call back
If you go to Burbank you give them your name and number through the door and they'll call you
they're open Monday Wednesday and Friday between 8:30am-12 pm. They will only take your name and number and then they will call you
Some persons got direct deposit?me i got card by mail..after 2 week..but now they send me a letter saying the i need to return all the money back..
I went to the office, they won't let you in, but someone will take your first name and your phone number . And within a day or two someone will call you back. It's what I did and I did get called. Don't try to explain your problem to the security guard .
