My daughter rented a 1 br here. No roaches or bugs, great maintenance people with prompt responses. Her apartment was beautiful. Safe area! Beautiful grounds. Beautiful kitchen area and HUGE living room As an older person, I would rent here too ! Underground parking was worth every penny. Safe and secur! Rent here!

Yes, we are a very pet friendly community. Our community offers miles of walking paths and a dog park. Cats are welcome anywhere in the community. We have several dog friendly buildings. There is no smoking in any common spaces, hallways, clubhouse, pool etc. Your private space is not mandated, however, we do encourage smoking outside.
