I’ve been a resident at Arbor Lakes for about 2 1/2 years. My experience initially was not great but acceptable (completely different office staff than now), especially given the fact that I moved in at the beginning of Covid. Other than my high rent increase when renewing my lease this past May (which I believe this is happening at most places right now given the economic climate), my experience the last year has been AMAZING. Jennifer, Steve, and Bill (the Manager) in the office are awesome. They go above and beyond to help residents. Their response time is prompt and their follow-up is excellent. Bill does a great job at keeping the community in the loop. Maintenance has ALWAYS been outstanding since the beginning… friendly, thorough, professional, never annoyed no matter what the issue is or the time. The community itself is well kept, and beautiful with the trees, fountains, streams and ponds. I absolutely love seeing a safe place for the squirrels, ducks and other friendly animals to live. By far, the last year at Arbor Lakes has been my best renting experience ever. I would highly recommend this community as your next home! :)

I moved into Arbor Lakes 3 weeks ago, moved from Michigan. My experience here has been very comforting, moving is always high stress situation. The manager Bill Bennette is very good at his job, he makes sure all residents have their issues addressed as soon as possible. The whole team here at Arbor Lakes (AL)are very accommodating, treating all residents with respect is what they do every day. I am very happy I chose AL as my new home.

We signed our lease in the middle of March to get the rent price we wanted but couldn't officially move in until April (our previous lease did not end until middle of April). Paying a month of double rent was not ideal but so far, it was worth it because this complex is so much better than our last one! The largest unit, which is what we have, is smaller than our last apartment but what we lack in space, we make up for in everything else by living here. The leasing office has been great and friendly and every maintenance issue we have had has been taken care of in a timely manner. The complex is beautiful and well maintained and we have really enjoyed the amenities so far. Despite a miscommunication with the leasing office in the beginning, overall, we are very happy here. A friend of ours used to live here and really liked it and we can truly see why!

We've lived here for 2 years and just recently moved from a 1br to a 2br. Bill was incredibly helpful with the tours and leasing process. The front office and the maintenance team exceed expectations. All of our needs have been addressed promptly. The cleanliness of the community is a priority and it definitely shows! Beautiful complex in a great location. Highly recommend!
