After buying a frankly overpriced subscription (there are several other car wash chains nearby that are all priced more competitively), I have had three run-ins with customer service in just one month. Their pressure nozzles broke off a plastic cover for my headlamp washer! I contacted them four times and even walked in and talked to a manager about it and they did nothing. They said they would call me back after they looked for it and I never got a call. I went back and explained the situation and they still did nothing. So now I have to pay probably $60+ for a replacement part, and I get nothing for it. Not to mention my wife went through their full-service auto detailing and they lost a bag full of over $300 worth of brand new merchandise. They didn't apologize; they didn't do anything to make things right. Who knows if they put the bag in someone else's car or if an employee stole it. In any case, I guess we will never see it again. Their car wash doesn't even fully clean my car when I go through it. A lot of the spinning brushes don't even touch the car as you go through. Save your money and go somewhere else. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Edit: I went through the car wash today trying to take advantage of the pass before it is cancelled. My mistake. Now my window sticker is torn. Thanks.

I paid $60 for a wash, vacuum, and the interior vinyl super clean. The inside of the car looks fabulous; they did a great job with the vacuum and vinyl detail. Upon getting home after leaving the car wash however, I was shocked at the way the exterior still looked. To be fair, the front of the car was pretty muddy and buggy after a weekend mountain road trip, but the front looked like it hadn’t been thru the wash at all and I ended up washing it myself at home. Not sure if it was worth the money.

This was an average car wash. Part of it was broken and there are better car washes in the area.

I have no experience with their subscriptions as that seems to be all the negative reviews. Just as a one time wash the inside and outside of my car hasn't looked better they did an amazing job.

I believe the cheapest option is around $9.00, but you can get a pass for unlimited monthly washes that I believe is around $20.00
No. Like the post above they do have monthly passes
They do if you get an interior detail.
Not at closed stores, however the Orem store is often open on Sunday.
Try the one on State Street in Orem... I'm not sure there is one
