doesnt pick up the phone was on hold for 2 hrs then still didnt get to speak with someone bc they hung up

Don’t their trainers train their drivers what yield, right of way, merging, and the best one yet TURN SIGNALS? Another one common curtesy. Just because they are a school bus doesn’t mean they have the right to cause accidents.
