Shoutout David! He not only gave me good advice, but matched prices for me and informed me about what options would work the best for me. He even carried my paints out to my car and carried a nice conversation with me, talk about great customer service. My experience was friendly thanks to him and I got a great color with it. The manager wasn’t very welcoming; no greeting, no smile and proceeded to assist another customer that came in after me never acknowledging me. Because of David saving the day I want to give a full 5 stars because I was taken care of.

Very helpful staff. We were there a long time and even though we we didn't get anything they still were appropriately attentive the entire time. We will definitely use their paint in our project. We already went to a few of their competitors and the experience elsewhere was not as good.

Questions & Answers

Dear Sir/Madam, Do you recycle old paint and, if so, what arrangements must I make to do this, what preclusions do you have, and what is the cost per gallon? Thank you. Rosalind Hsia

I dont .but dunn Edwards dose just drop it off at the store

Dunn Edwards used to donate their "oops" paint to a thrift store that would sell it for $1 a gallon. I just found out they no longer do that. Does Dunn Edwards still donate their mis-tinted paint?

No, they do recycle your paints though, but it is then picked up by a 3rd party company to dispose of properly. They do not sell mis-tints locally, although their factory does in Phoenix and LA I believe.
