As we cross the finish line with this latest project that started in August 2020, I wanted to extend my appreciation for the way your team handled working with us. The Pandemic and other business priorities worked in tandem to distract us and extend this project that we never expected to go 2 years. Throughout the delays, not once did your team ever rush us or service us less as the project drew on. There were plenty of opportunities to Ghost us or stop delivering due to the delays, but your team was consistent from the beginning. I have worked with many vendors in my 30 years and the consistency you have shown throughout is more an exception than the rule.
