YUM! ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS, YUM!!! My husband and I visited for breakfast two days before our Anniversary and enjoyed it SO much! We had the family style breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs (any way we liked), thin pancakes, fruit bowls, toast and breakfast potatoes. With the family meal, you can eat as much of the meat, eggs, potatoes, fruit and toast as you like. (We only refilled our potatoes as there was entirely too much food for the two of us.) The "thin" pancakes were REALLY thin! And, this is coming from a non-pancake loving girl, they were THE BEST pancakes I have ever eaten! They were served with a Strawberry Rhubarb Jam that was DELICIOUS! It was SO good in fact that I asked if they sold it. They do not, but it was worth a shot! I honestly can't wait to go back with our kids and share this family breakfast. I LOVE breakfast so this was RIGHT up my alley!

Nice atmosphere but food is just okay. Ordered family breakfast but not good enough to order seconds. Thin pancakes are good but the rest was worse than Denny's. Only senior citizens eat there so they will be out of business within the next decade .

Dining at either the Ronneburg Restaurant or the Ox Yoke Inn should be on your “Must Do” list for enhancing your visit whenever touring through the Amana Colonies; my wife and I dined at both during our two-day stay. We ate the Jäger schnitzel (pork loin cutlet) “family style” where the sides (e.g., coleslaw, green beans, fried potatoes, and sauerkraut) come in bowls shared by those dining with you. Dining “family Style” allows you to have free side-item refills with the exception of spätzle (a type of small noodle or dumpling). Our meal came with such a small portion of the dough-based spätzle (see our posted photos), so we didn’t understand the no refill policy on an item that appears to be the least expensive item to serve. That said, my wife and I love eating German food and have done so throughout the world, including in Germany and Austria. Our Ronneburg meal was just average, the service was good, and the décor was nice. Overall, we had a good dining experience.

I just love German food but after my mom passed I’ve barely had any. This restaurant had such delicious and fresh food. The cole slaw dressing alone was so pure and fresh tasting. I went with the platter but shared so I could taste a little of everything. It was delicious!

Not 100% sure if this is correct but think you are talking about the yellow archangel (lamium galeobdolon). Owner said you should be able to find the seed or pre-grown at a local nursery.
Bottom round is the steak cut used in the oven-baked steak.
All major cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Am Ex), local check with ID, and of course cash.
Yes they are, but my understanding is that they are not taking any more reservations. Might call them to check and see if they can put you on a cancelation list.
Workers wear masks, masks are required for guests. Hand sanitizer displayed in restaurant. Sitting apart. Served family style on the table.
We don't offer full service outside dining. For guests that are interested in eating outside we suggest getting food here to-go and we have a table near our bar entrance you could sit at if you would like. No umbrella though on it.
Don't know, sorry...too hot to eat outside, I like a/c but food is solid (good)....
I dont recall any steps inside, I've been there 2 times, there are several eating areas. I think it's a handicapped accessible facility, so a person in a walker should be fine
Yes, the 13th, it's the AA group that comes in once a month. I believe JC is the contact person. The Speaker starts at 9am.
We are open and you do need reservations but we are completely full for Thanksgiving and are on a waiting list.
Thank you Ronneburg for the specific suggestions. I was going to opt out of joining my friends there but will now give it a try.
I would definetly contact them. I believe they could with reservations. They serve family style and i feel their rates are already resaonable.
We do not do a buffet. We serve some of our meals family style which is like a buffet brought to your table though.
