The fear free staff are amazing. The only issue is a national shortage of Veterinarians and length of time to get a new pet in.

They Do not answer phones. Have blamed it on understaffing for months. HIRE SOMEONE!!! Why is the responsibility of the families who choose your service to bend over backwards to make appointments and get RX refills?? The service isn’t even exceptionally good or thorough. They actually turn off the phones during open hours. Completely unacceptable policy for a place that takes care of living things. Will never use this clinic again and will absolutely do my best to keep others from supporting this poor excuse for a facility.

I really can’t say enough about Dr. Fisher and the staff at Suburban! I’ve been there for over 5 years now and they go above and beyond. I have a very high maintenance dog with epilepsy and they have been my superhero’s. Kind and compassionate and always there to help when you need them.

The base exam fee is $56 for cats and dogs. Exotic pets the base fee increases to the $60-70 range. Shots (depending on what they are) cost between $25-35 each. Some of these shots also need to be boostered after 1 month; the booster is an additional fee. These additional costs will be dependent upon the doctors examination and findings.

Dog owner here - They do, but their equipment had a fairly low resolution at the time we had our dog looked at. You may get a clearer read from Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Services on 15A. You can consult with a doc at Suburban about your particular situation and they may tell you the same.
