Favorite yoga studio ever. I haven't found anything like it since moving away from Rochester about 6 years ago. Give it a try and get a juice for me!

This place is amazing and has spoiled me for all other yoga studios. I love the instructors especially Rocco! It was like he knew when I was getting frustrated with (lack of) abilities in the power yoga basics class and he would remind us to be kind to ourselves. I always felt challenged by the poses but also encouraged to try modifications to make my experience fit me and my body. It took me far on the “love yourself” path that I needed at the time. I love the aromatherapy through the incense that is offered with every class. The shakes are delish! This place is truly outstanding and I am so sad I moved because I’ll never find a studio that’s as good. I’ve been “yoga spoiled” by breathe.

Hi Bev! We have a variety of different yoga classes and we offer 30-minute guided meditation classes as well. The meditation classes are listed on the schedule as "meditate. now." Here's the full schedule for your reference: https://breatheyoga.com/Yoga-Meditation/Schedule-Pricing
$20 for a drop in, but you can purchase an 11 class pass for $160 i believe which drops it down considerably.
Hi Marisa! The cost of our classes varies depending on how frequently you plan on attending. The price for a drop-in is $20, however we are currently running an Intro Offer which is 30 days of unlimited yoga and meditation for only $40. We also have an 11-class pass that makes the cost per class cheaper, and a membership option called Living Yoga. Most people first come to yoga because they are interested in a physical experience like increasing flexibility or building strength. Yoga most certainly helps with physical maintenance and with a steady practice you will begin to feel changes in your body. Often times what also develops is a mindfulness practice, almost like a moving meditation.
