Not bad at all we are in Salinas better then other places but check in and check out people are rude I would say. No instructions I got green light I whet to ask for my paperwork (check out) window person was say I call I ask him if I can put my load locks and fix my tendons he didn't respond. I feel people don't want to work and always mad in Salinas.

Yes on the frontage road on either side there is parking. Just not on the premises

No, I Don't think so, but you need to call them for an appointment first. I think the phone number on Google maps will work.
