I rented a floor sander from them. After two and a half hours trying to get it to work I finally brought it back in to return and told them it didn't work. They wanted to charge me for a full day of use. After arguing with them they finally agreed to deduct a small portion from my bill. I paid $75 and I have nothing to show for it. I wasted money and my time. They had terrible customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rented a tractor with a tiller. It worked for about three hours then the tiller stoped working. I brought it back to see if they could fix it to get back to work. They did not know what was wrong so I had to leave it. They charged me for full use of all the equipment for a full day when I was only able to use it for three hours and get 40% of the job done.

Service was great, equipment was in good shape and prices were more competitive than others when I called around. What I really liked was being able to rent equipment on a Saturday for a full 24hrs because they are open on Sundays. Ruddys wanted me return the equipment on the same day at 3 in the afternoon because that's when they close on Saturdays, and they aren't open Sundays. All Season will be getting my business from now on.
