We used custom remodelers to replace several windows. The quality of their window and the lifetime warranty was what sold us on using them. Their sales team was helpful and let us choose the scope of the work that we were comfortable with. We did have to match some trim, which was outside their normal area of service and the communication between myself and their rep in office, Jackie, was great. She was always helpful and let me know when to expect follow up.

I see them once a year out where I live.
The guy who came to my door was just a hired rep for Custom Remodelers. He did not have a card and was with 3 other reps that would park the vehicle they came in and then knock on doors all over a neighborhood. I was put off by this at first too, but in the end I set up a meeting with the sales reps and got some new windows that I am very satisfied with.
