Been here 6 months and I love it so far. People are nice, it's close enough to transit without it being a hassle and the food in the area is not bad, though I really miss the food in NYC. Community is pretty clean, there are a few lakes and ponds, a decent sized pool, park and tennis court. I get like ten deer at least in my property a day. I do wish it was a bit further out so I didn't hear so many cars but it's realitively quiet.

We purchased our first home here 11 months ago. Have absolutely loved it since day one but the snow removal is a joke!!! I live on mountain laurel and all of the side roads over here are completely ignored. The plow went up and down w.mulberry but didnt turn on any of us side roads. My kids bus stop is used as a spot to leave the snow... cant even bring my kids to it... then I try going on magnolia to use the other bus stop and that road is worse then mine!!!! We pay for this part of living here and I seriously would have rethought my decision on purchasing here if I knew it would be this bad. Neighbors warned us but I didnt realize they would NEVER plow us out!!!

The neighborhood is actually pretty great, but snow “removal” is so pathetically abysmal that I wish I could give this place a negative amount of stars. They barely plow, they NEVER salt and the roads are always covered in snow even days and weeks after a storm. Idk who they hired to plow, but they should ask for a refund for their entire contract and maybe find a little room in the budget to buy some salt. It’s absolutely pathetic how dangerous the roads are in this community for the winter season. Get your s**t together PWLPOA!
