How on earth is a business able to withhold everyone's scripts in a pandemic when they can't even provide eye exams because they don't have a doctor on site and won't for "maybe a few months"? It's not the employees fault, they are all super friendly and kind but they are not allowed to send out contacts to customers due to their policies... In the middle of a pandemic!? We still need to be able to see! This is a joke.
