I LOVE the gym. The equipment and classes are great. I am part of the small group training and Kennedi is top notch. Always upbeat and always encouraging. The monthly scans monitor your progress. Anastacia reviews your progress and helps you with nutrition and ways to improve. She always has a smile and is a wealth of knowledge. Christina always has a smile also and is very helpful. Very eager to help whenever you need anything. I appreciate the gym so much and absolutely love the staff.

Yes they have both upstairs
Due to insurance and liability, you would likely need a guardian or responsible person that is 18+ to be with you, if they let you in at all. There is a lot of liability that comes with allowing minors in a gym. Sorry.
